Based on published measurement data for the specific model and manufacturer documentation.

This report provides guidance based on published data and general knowledge of the panel platform. It is not a substitute for hardware calibration with a colorimeter, which produces precise measurements calibrated to a specific unit rather than a model average.
Fault Diagnosis Assistance
A structured fault-finding process conducted by email exchange. You describe the fault, complete a diagnostic questionnaire and provide photos or video if relevant. We work through the possible causes methodically and provide a written assessment of the most likely cause and the appropriate next step — whether that is a settings change, a cable replacement, a warranty claim or a service call.
