ITU-R BT.709 — HDTV colour standard
The international standard for HDTV colour primaries, white point and transfer characteristics. The reference for 1080p content production and display. Published by the International Telecommunication Union.
ITU-R BT.2020 — Ultra-HDTV colour standard
The wide colour gamut standard for 4K and 8K production. Defines the colour space used in HDR mastering. Consumer displays typically cover 70–100% of BT.2020 depending on panel technology.
SMPTE ST 2084 — PQ transfer function
The Perceptual Quantizer (PQ) electro-optical transfer function used in HDR10 and Dolby Vision content. Defines how signal values map to absolute luminance levels in nits.

Manufacturer-specified panel data aggregated across television models. Useful for comparing official specifications across years and models, with filtering by panel type, resolution and display technology.
